Counseling for Individuals, Couples, Families, Teens and Children
Life presents many challenges and often it takes the help of a trained professional to assist in working through roadblocks to experience healing and success in your life and relationships.
All of CAFA's Master's level therapists are trained in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, relationships, PTSD and other mental health issues. Each therapist has his/her own philosophy and you are encouraged to read about them as you choose the therapist who fits best with your goals for the sessions.
CAFA also offers Neurofeedback sessions.
Insurance and Cost
CAFA accepts many private insurance benefits including Cigna, ODS/MODA Health, PacificSource, Providence, TriWest, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care and others. CAFA cannot bill Blue Cross Blue Shield or Medicare / Medicare supplemental plans. Therapist rates range from $50 - $110/session for those who will not be using health insurance. Please contact CAFA to verify your insurance coverage before your first appointment. Payment of co-pays and/or co-insurance are due at the time of the appointment.
CAFA's therapists manage their own schedules. If you are interested in setting up an appointment with a specific therapist, please contact him/her directly. If you are unsure which therapist is the best fit for you and your goals for therapy, feel free to contact the office and we will connect you with the best suited counselor.
